This OCC Outdoors 46" square table is made with a walk-through design. The top and seats have a 11 gauge die formed angle frame 1" x 1-7/8" with 3" radius corners.
The OCC-358-V table and seats are made from #9 expanded steel with 3/4" diamond pattern and the OCC-358-P table top and seats are die-formed 12 gauge sheet steel and are precision punched with a 5/8" holes to create the perforated patern.
Top and seats are coated with oven fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic fluidized bed coating with superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and UV-Stability. The frame is 1-5/8" OD x 14 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing and the cross braces are 1.029 O.D. x 15 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. The brace attachment points are 1-1/2” x 2” x 3/16” steel flst bar and the sear mounting points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2"die stamped steel flat bar. The legs are bent over a mandrel producing a wrinkle free bend. Holes are predrilled in the legs for optional surface mounting. The frame assembly is MIG welded and the frame coating is Electrostatic powder coated, oven cured. All of the hardware fasteners are stainless steel.
