Description

The OCC Outdoors Bow Back Savannah Bench seats are fabricated from 1' x 1" 11 gauge steel square tubing and the back is fabricated from 1-1/2" x 1/4" flat steel strips. The front and top rails are 1" x 2" x 13 gauge steel rectangular tubing and the top rail is rolled to form the arch. The seat and back attachment plates are laser cut from 1/4" steel and the seat, back and attachment plates are MIG welded. The bench end frames are fabricated from 2" x 2" x 11 gauge pre-galvanized square steel tubing and the surface mounting plates are 2-3/4" x 1/4" steel plate and are MIG welded to the frame. The bench finish is oven fused polyethylene co-polymer based thermoplastic, spray coated to provide superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and UV-stability. The assembly hardware is all stainless steel allen head fasteners. The seat height is 18" from the ground to the top of the seat.
