Made entirely of post-consumer recycled plastic with stainless steel fasteners and hinge for improved protection against rust or corrosion from the weather, de-icing chemicals, cleaners or pet urine. The locked hinged door allows easy dispensing of header or boxed roll styled pet waste bags through an easy to access oval shaped slot. Can be mounted on a wall, fence or post. (Does not include post.)
